A Macon native and licensed real estate professional since 2004, Cindy has more than two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Middle Georgia. During her career, she has sold hundreds of homes and built her business around knowledgeable guidance, strong negotiation, attention to detail, and personal service.

Cindy earned her broker's license in 2018 and went on to serve in brokerage leadership, including as a Managing Associate Broker overseeing and supporting other real estate professionals. In 2025, she opened Heartland Realty Group to create the kind of brokerage she believes real estate should be—experienced, personal, responsive, and centered on the individual client.

Cindy is also a licensed instructor with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and has taught and trained both new and seasoned real estate professionals. She previously served for six years on the Georgia REALTORS® Forms Committee, experience that further strengthened her extensive knowledge of contracts, compliance, and the details involved in successfully navigating a real estate transaction.
